  • Unmarried Female aged 35yrs came to the OPD with pain in lower abdomen and difficulty in walking with no menstrual complaints.
  • On examination vitals stable, uterus palpable above pubic symphysis with hemoglobin of 9.8gm%.
  • USG findings: 8x7x6.9cm fibroid in anti-fundal region.
  • Patient was operated for myomectomy
  • The fibroid was arising from cervical region anteriorly and reaching upto fundus.
  • Blood loss was minimal not requiring any transfusion.
  • Endometrial cavity was not opened and whole fibroid removed.
  • Weight of tumor : 1 K.G. (1000 Gms)
